UC2854BNG4 Description
The UC2854BNG4 is available in 16-pin N (PDIP), DW (SOIC Wide), and J (CDIP) packages, as well as 20-pin Q (PLCC). For availability by temperature range, see the Ordering Information table. New features such as amplifier output clamps, improved amplifier current sinking capability, and a low offset VAC pin reduce the number of external components while improving performance.
The multiplier output/current amplifier input's improved common mode input range gives the designer more flexibility in selecting a method for current sensing. UC2854BNG4
