Cohenius

Cohenius was established in 2018 and is located in the Qingdao International Innovation Park. We primarily engage in the research, design, production, and sales of third-generation semiconductor gallium nitride (GaN) on silicon. Our focus is on providing the industry with high-performance, cost-effective GaN power devices and technical solutions. We possess leading expertise in GaN power device and application design technology. Our goal is to integrate industry resources and build a GaN device development and application ecosystem, providing domestic core component support for PD fast charging, smart home appliances, cloud computing, 5G communication, and more. Cohenius specializes in GaN device design and has wholly-owned subsidiaries, Juneng Jingyuan, which focuses on GaN epitaxy, and Juneng International, a GaN wafer manufacturing company established in collaboration with the government in 2021.
