HRmicro

HRmicro was established in May 2018. Our company is located in the Science and Technology Innovation Square of Pukou High-tech Zone in Nanjing. We are a high-tech enterprise that specializes in the research, development, production, sales, and service of power device products. HRmicro has successfully developed and mass-produced products including high-voltage VDMOS, low-voltage Trench MOS, super junction MOS, and SGT MOS. We are also conducting research and development work on third-generation semiconductor (SiC, GaN) power devices. In February 2019, we established a cooperative training base for postgraduate students in partnership with Xi'an Jiaotong University, a national key university. This provides a good practical platform for master's students and fulfills our corporate social responsibility. In December 2019, HRmicro was honored with the title of National High-tech Enterprise (Certificate Number: GR201932005836). In the same year, we also received honors such as "Provincial Specialized and New Small Giant Enterprise of the Year," "Jiangsu Province Private Technology Enterprise," and "Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Small and Medium-sized Enterprise." In June 2021, we were recognized as the "Engineering Technology Research Center of Nanjing," and in July of the same year, we were approved as a "National Specialized and New Small Giant Enterprise."
