JGD was established in 1990 and is located in the High-tech Development Zone of Jinan City. We occupy an area of 411 acres with a total construction area of 210,000 square meters. Wafer chips such as STD, FR, HER, UF, Zener, TVS, GPP, etc. Currently, our company has the production capacity to manufacture 4 billion rectifier devices annually. Our products are sold throughout China as well as in North America, Europe, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and South Asia. Since 1996, we have been promoting and implementing the ISO9000 series quality management standards. In December of that year, we obtained ISO9002 quality system certification. Our bridge stack products also obtained UL product safety certification in the same year. In July 2003, we achieved ISO9001:2000 and QS9000:1998 quality management system certification. In September 2006, we completed ISO/TS16949:2002 quality system certification, and in July 2010, we obtained Sony's GP certification.
