Description
The CD40106B contains six Schmitt-Trigger inputs. Every circuit works as an inverter with a Schmitt-Trigger input. For positive and negative impulses, the trigger changes at different locations.
The hysteresis voltage is defined as the difference between the positive and negative going voltages (VH).
The CD40106B device is available in both ceramic packaging (J) and regular packaging (D, N, NS, PW). All CD40106B devices are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from –55°C to +125°C.
