The Texas Instruments DP83840AVCE integrated circuit is designed using an advanced BiCMOS process for 10/100Mb/s Ethernet LANs.
The DP83840AVCE connects to the PMD sublayer via National Semiconductor's DP8223 twisted pair transceiver and to the MAC layer via a media independent interface (MII) to the MAC layer. DP83840AVCE
