LM2830XMFX/NOPB is a high-frequency (1.6 MHz) 1.0-A load step-down DC-DC converter in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) package. It has a wide input voltage range of 4.5 V to 36 V, an output voltage range of 0.6 V to 30 V, and an output current of 1.0 A. It also features an internal 120-mΩ PMOS switch, a 0.6-V, 2% internal voltage reference, internal soft-start, current mode PWM operation, thermal shutdown, and overvoltage protection.
