ONET8501VRGPTG4 Description
The ONET8501VRGPTG4 laser drivers are 3.3V high-speed laser drivers that can directly modulate VCSELs at data rates ranging from 2 Gbps to 11.3 Gbps. This device has a two-wire serial interface that allows digital control of modulation and bias currents, removing the need for external components.
The ONET8501VRGPTG4 also has an integrated automatic power control (APC) loop and circuitry to support laser safety and transceiver management systems. ONET8501VRGPTG4
