The Texas Instruments TL431CDR is a low temperature drift, low reference current reference voltage with specific thermal stability in commercial, industrial and automotive applications.
The TL431CDR has a specified adjustable shunt regulator and is an excellent replacement for Zener diodes in many applications. TL431CDR
