The UC2845AQD family of control ICs is an improved version of the UC2845AQD family that is pin-for-pin compatible. This family has the following improved features in addition to providing the necessary features for controlling current mode switched mode power supplies.
The start-up current will always be less than 0.5 mA.
The oscillator discharge is set to 8.3 mA. For VCC greater than 5 V, the output stage can sink at least 10 mA at less than 1.2 V during under voltage lockout. UC2845AQD
