The boost topology is used by the UCC28019DG4 8-pin active Power Factor Correction (PFC) controller in Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM).
The controller is suitable for systems ranging from 100 W to >2 kW with a universal ac line input. During the under-voltage lockout, the startup current is less than 200 pA.
