The UCC2813N-4G4 device of high-speed, lowpower integrated circuits contains all of the control and drive components required for off-line and DC-toDC fixed-frequency current-mode switching power supplies with minimal parts count. In addition, the UCC2813N-4G4 device series is specified for operation from –40°C to 85°C and the UCC3813-2 device series is specified for operation from 0°C to 70°C. UCC2813N-4G4
