The ALD1706A/ALD1706B/ALD1706/ALD1706G is a monolithic CMOS ultra micropower high slew-rate, high performance operational amplifier. It is ideal for a broad range of analog applications using ±1V to ±5V dual power supply systems, as well as +2V to +10V battery operated systems.
The ALD1706A/ALD1706B/ALD1706/ALD1706G is designed to offer high performance for a wide range of applications requiring very low power dissipation. It has a high open loop voltage gain of 100V/mV, useful bandwidth of 400KHz, and slew rate of 0.17V/µs. It also has extremely low input currents of 0.1pA, making it suitable for high source impedance applications.
The ALD1706A/ALD1706B/ALD1706/ALD1706G is available in a variety of packages, including SOIC, PDIP, and CERDIP. It is also available in a commercial grade (-40°C to 85°C) or industrial grade (-55°C to 125°C) temperature range.
