The SN74LVC2T45DCTR is a 2-bit Dual Supply Transceiver with configurable voltage-level shifting and 3-state outputs. This dual-bit non-inverting bus transceiver uses two separate configurable power-supply rails.
The A port is designed to track VCCA. VCCA accepts any supply voltage from 1.65 to 5.5V.
The B port is intended to monitor VCCB. VCCB may take any source voltage between 1.65 and 5.5V. This enables global bidirectional low-voltage translation between voltage nodes. It is intended to provide asynchronous communication between two data buses.
The logic levels of the direction control (DIR) input either activate or deactivate the B-port or A-port outputs. When the B-port outputs are enabled, the device sends data from the A bus to the B bus, and when the A-port outputs are activated, the device transmits data from the B bus to the A bus. To prevent extra ICC and ICCZ, the input circuitry on both A and B ports is constantly active and must have a logic HIGH or LOW state applied. SN74LVC2T45DCTR
